SideBand Systems Inc. was founded in 1992 to help our customers reduce their communications costs by deploying state-of-the-art high capacity, secure and reliable wireless microwave communications systems. We have designed and installed systems in most major markets with a concentration in those industries where capacity, speed and reliability are key; healthcare, education and Enterprise customers. We have installed over 2,200 systems in more than 550 customer locations. We can both engineer and design new systems and/or provide consulting expertise to help a customer troubleshoot an existing system.

Products and services provided by the company include a wide selection of licensed and non licensed wireless systems, with capacities up to a gigabit. Full engineering, installation and maintenance services are available with all products. SideBand also provides outstanding wireless deployment engineering services for 802.11a, 802.11b, 802.11g and 802.11n devices as well as Wi Max and MESH architecture planning.
Consulting Practice
Our focus has been to develop a technical staff who not only deploy RF technology, but who can also diagnose system problems that may be rooted in other layers of the IP network. Our technical staff will work with you to ensure your wireless communications systems are optimally deployed, including those that were installed by another integrator. Our engineering staff can assist you to develop a corporate wide wireless policy, effectively planning for interoperability between manufacturers and scalability of your network
System Maintenance and Technical Support
We are staffed with experienced factory trained and certified Field Engineers and Technicians, who provide 7/4 support and preventive maintenance services.
SideBand Systems supports our customer base with an extensive array of test and measurement equipment and application software to provide real time monitoring of systems. The company provides 7 X 24 support for all maintenance agreement customers, including real time network monitoring (LinkPatrol). The company maintains "hot spares" for most installations.
