Smart and Diligent Diagnosis Always Works 

SB was contracted by another microwave company to resolve a problem for one of their customers. They were having throughput issues and they thought it was related to their mounts swaying in the wind.

What changed? 

Our customer was having trouble getting traffic across a point to point microwave link. We ran test sets across the link at maximum speed with no problems. The customer called back with the same issue and we tested successfully. Looking at their network, we asked what has changed? ‘Nothing’ was the answer.
